TAXES & DUTIES
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. Danish VAT will be applied to orders dispatched within Denmark. Local VAT will be applied to all other EU destinations.
DELIVERY & COSTS
Marlene Juhl Jørgensen Fine Jewellery insures each purchase from the time it leaves our hands until it is delivered to you.
Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing a tracking number from PostNord, allowing you to follow your delivery progress online.
Please note that delivery time is usually 1-5 working days. In the unlikely event of extended delivery time, you will be notified by mail immediately after your order has been handled.
Some styles are customized and the production and delivery time might in that case be longer (6 to 8 weeks). This condition will be listed in the product description.
Fixed price for shipments within Denmark: 55 DKK
Fixed price for shipments to all other countries: 250 DKK
During free shipping promotions, the delivery cost will be deducted from the final payment.
Should you wish to cancel an order, please send an email marked ‘Cancellation’ to email@example.com noting the order date and number. Alternatively, reply to you order confirmation email with ‘Cancellation’ in the subject line. Order cancellations must be made before 2 pm CET on the day the order is placed. If the cancellation is not sent in time, we will consider the cancellation as a return (see: RETURNS & REFUNDS).
We accept payment by VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB.
Marlene Juhl Jørgensen Fine Jewellery is approved by PBS to handle the aforementioned payment cards.
WARRANTY, CLAIMS & COMPLAINTS
We offer a two-year warranty on all products purchased from Marlene Juhl Jørgensen Fine Jewellery.
This warranty guarantees the customer the right to complain about a product that is faulty at the time of sale. The burden of proof lies with Marlene Juhl Jørgensen Fine Jewellery for up to six months after purchase, thereafter with the customer for the following 18 months.
Marlene Juhl Jørgensen Fine Jewellery is liable for the cost of repair should a product break during the warranty period. Damage to products caused by incorrect wear or handling, modifications or gross misuse by the user are not covered by the warranty.
If you have a complaint please email firstname.lastname@example.org full details including date of purchase and order number where applicable, as well as your full name and contact details.
Our Terms & Conditions, policies and procedures are governed by and construed in accordance with Danish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts of Denmark.
We offer an extended return period on the occasion of Christmas.
Deadlines for Christmas orders online are as follows:
Shipments Denmark - December 20, 2019
Shipments within the EU - December 12, 2019
Shipments outside the EU - December 6, 2019
Please note that the booking must be made by noon 12.00 on the last day for Christmas orders.
Christmas gifts purchased online can be returned up to and including January 20, 2020 and cannot be exchanged or returned in the boutique at Store Regnegade.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Should you wish to return your purchase, it should be sent back to us within 28 days of receipt. Furthermore, you must contact us by email within the first 14 days of receipt to inform us of your wish to return or exchange an item. Returns received outside of this period will only be accepted at the discretion of Marlene Juhl Jørgensen Fine Jewellery.
All items must be returned new, unused and in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

We cannot accept returns and refunds at the boutique in Store Regnegade, Copenhagen.
The customer is liable for all costs associated with returning any product(s).
Orders for bespoke jewellery – e.g. items that have been created especially for the customer or that feature personal engravings – cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
One-of-a-kind pieces ordered by e-mail or telephone can only be exchanged - a refund is not possible.
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
N.B. If your product has been visibly damaged during shipping, you must refuse the package upon receipt.

SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR TRADERS
There is no right of withdrawal for traders and the one-year warranty is applicable from the original invoice date. Replacement or repair will not extend the original 1-year warranty period.
